Central Bank Governor Guillermo Ortiz said a
widening gap between Mexican and U.S. interest rates, risks to
domestic economic growth and inflationary pressure ``would lead
to the conclusion that the central bank should seek
countercyclical monetary policy. But on the other hand, we have
