G8 leaders considering ways to reverse recent economic stimulus measures

This past weekend, leaders from the <a href="item/234671" target="_blank" title="G8 leaders, global recession, economic stimulus, forex trading, U.S. dollar, Japanese yen, currency trading, greenback currency trading, economic green shoots">G8 countries</a> met to consider the global economy and talk about financial issues. One of the topics under discussion was formulating a plan to begin reversing recent economic stimulus spending. This is likely to mean that, long term, the U.S dollar and the Japanese yen will weaken. However, right now, it appears that the markets are not so sanguine.
